The Cost of Silence

Silence, though a key at times, is also something that leaves you in an abyss. When you choose silence over chaos, people misinterpret you, consider you at fault, and never know your side of the story. 

A woman who lives in the world of literature prioritizes calm over messiness, but that is where things fall into a jumble. She is misread as the one who is wholly incomprehensible of reality and imperfect at making arguments. The world we are witnessing and living in is the one where silence puts you into a black hole, irreversible to return to society. No matter how arduous you try, you are always misunderstood.    

Being uncommunicative and a literary aficionado costs you more than you think. I have absorbed in life that not telling your side of the story makes you a culprit, while telling it is something that makes you defensive. Deciding what to choose makes you miserable.
