The door to the other side.
Where wind carries blue and birds sing,
I wait till comes the tide.
Here oceans move freely, and the desert is faithful to its own wandering.
Skies are eternally wide, and stars shine bright.
I witness nature unfolding into wonder.
Flowers bloom here and leaves fall,
Spring and Autumn answer the call.
Heavy sunlight and cold nights,
Summer and winter align.
There opens another world,
Where we sit side by side.
The sky is blue, the moon alight;
Petals dance in the air, and
Birds paint the sky with flight.
The world forgets to speak,
And our souls dissolve into the silence through which the night speaks.
